If you have any questions regarding your purchase, returns or refunds, please contact us at customerservice@jupiteroak.com within 3 days of delivery.

                                                      Shipping policy

Orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage and First-Class Mail International 1-14 business days after payment is processed. Multiple orders to the same name and address will be combined and the excess shipping fees will be refunded.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. If an order is returned to us, we cannot resend it. You will receive a refund for the product cost.
